Fulfillment
Judas Iscariot . . . betrayed Him." (NKJV) Matt. 10:4

Then Judas, who was betraying Him, answered and said, “Rabbi is it I?” He said to him, “You have said it .” (NASB) Matt. 26:25
 
Comment
In 1020 - 970 B.C., King David predicted that the Messiah would be betrayal by a friend. Judas is well known as the one who agreed to help the Jewish religious leaders capture Jesus at a cost of thirty pieces of silver. Judas was later filled with grief and consequently hung himself (Matt. 27:3-8).
