Bible Question: How can I know the Spirit of God has come on me?
Bible Answer: It is important to know the Bible tells us the Holy Spirit lives inside every true Christian. He indwells or starts living inside of us (Romans 8:11) when a man or woman believes in Jesus or starts trusting Jesus to forgive their sins. This what Ephesians 3:17 says.

The Spirit Has Come. The Bible also tells us that when this happens the Holy Spirit places us into the body of Jesus. To say we are in the "body of Christ" means we are Christians.

So the Holy Spirit not only starts living inside of us at the moment we start trusting Jesus to forgive our sins, but we also become part of a new family called Christians or the "body of Christ."

The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, (NASB) Romans 8:16
